Founder
Dave has been the visionary founder behind The Darby Foundation/Smiles For Kids as well as Dave Darby & Company, LLC. which owns such brands as PIQ Living & PIQ Kids Mentoring Programs.
Dave is intense in all of his passions including but not limited to family, friends, mentoring, photography, woodworking, and coaching competitive girls softball. Dave has 5 children with his wife of 25 years, Julie, and has endless energy!
Nawaal
Marketing Director
Nawaal brings a dynamic, multicultural set of experiences to our organizations. Born of Persian descent in Kenya, Nawaal now lives in Toronto, Canada with her young, growing family.
Nawaal is passionate about human psychology and the social applications of modeling and growth. She is dogmatic about her command of systems and getting a message out to those who need to hear and see it. Nawaal is a catalyst, great at modeling our values in her own life.
Lauren
Social Media
Lauren brings her unique and amazing social media mindset and skills to our organization to get the word out about the impact we are making and the new barriers we are breaking down through our vision and mission.
Lauren is also a talented artist and illustrator who has been honing her craft digitally as well as in the analog world of paper and pencil. She has an amazing sense of humor that is as silly as it is infectious.
Nicole
Graphic Designer
Nicole contributes on multiple fronts to bringing our brands to life, through CMS website tools combining both technical and creative mastery, to honing her graphic design skills that communicate our content efficiently through various media.
Nicole juggles her college studies and athletic responsibilities as a scholarship player with her commitment to our organization’s continued growth goals.
